Touch Asia, a leading provider of call center facilities management and international telecommunication services has announced a tie-up with Asian Call Centres, a leading call center recruitment business to provide a new service called “Safe Switch”. Safe switch is a solution for call centers looking to relocate to The Philippines from India but has also attracted major interest from in-house and outsourced call centers looking to relocate from The United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
The service is aimed at helping companies improve the quality of their offshore operations by moving them from India to The Philippines. The key to “safe switch” is that it is a no-risk, no investment solution which provides immediate returns and maximum flexibility to the client. A number of businesses are looking to move operations away from India but have to ensure continuity in their service provision. Safe switch can provide a working call center complete with trained agents and the entire required infrastructure within 48 hours. In extreme circumstances, it could be done even faster!
Safe switch is a flexible service offering which includes the provision of facilities and trained staff. It is backed by a “joint tactical operations team” at the two companies which ensures that everything is ready in record time.
